A: You can eat Pizza! 1/4 of a 12″ Pizza (2 Small Slices) is equal to approximately 3 Carbohydrate Servings. You can make this more filling by adding lots of Veggies, lean ground beef, Buffalo Chicken, or clams, etc. Remember it is the Pizza crust that will increase your blood glucose, not the veggies, cheese, or protein you add to it.
